The standard for application to FISA court is "upon oath or affirmation," so I think perjury is a possibility, even though false statements is not.

There are civil offenses for deprivation of rights under color of law, but those only apply if the animus is racial or religious motivated. Political animus is not a crime.

 

Malicious prosecution requires making a criminal charge. The actions of the FBI, CIA and press working in concert to throw the election and frame Trump do not reach the point of bringing any criminal case.

 

People will be shocked to find out how evil government actors can behave without consequence. The law protects government bad actors.
