Weaponizing food

Met an interesting guy today

It was a very brief conversation. He was a very intelligent, a pharmaceutical engineer type guy. We had this weird conversation, again brief, conversation that twisted around randomly. He asked me if I knew about "Kissinger" and the plan for population control via food manipulation. He stated he used to work for a place near Leavenworth in Kansas that at the time was under Gov. Brownback's supervision. He said "I am a former whistleblower". He went on to tell the about how he was working on re-purposed pharma drugs that are no longer used, some quite dangerous. He mentioned mustard gas by name. Unfortunately he was talking way over my head and having such a brief time with him I really didn't get to pick his brain as much as I would have liked. He mentioned that these re- purposed drugs were ending up in our food talked about FDA oversight. He said he contacted the FBI, filed a report, they came out and interviewed him several times. Then one day the FBI just stopped contacting him all together and he never heard from them again.

I started in about declining birth rates and he knew all about it. I told him how my husband and I are having trouble conceiving currently and undergoing fertility counseling. He said specifically to look into / research "capizol".

I'm a shit researcher but I did find this PDF with capizol in it.

Edit: Just remembered….he also mentioned when talking about that place he worked how it was his job to do the science behind it all, but it was the job of the people he worked for to "weaponize" it. He talked about how there are specific groups, govt/military that specialize in how to weaponize ANYTHING, even food.
