Need to think clearly about JE. He moved his business to the VI to hide his "business" activities. The NY Mansion wasn't "HIS" ujntil recently, and that whole deal is shady AF.
It is probable that a number of JE's properties are actually owned by "legal entities"–trusts, LLC's, LLP's, Corporations, etc. Payment for maintenance on those properties would only very generally be dictated by JE, or at least that's how it would appear legally. I am fairly certain that JE directly controls only a small percentage of the assets that he appears to own.
