Bill Barr's dad Donald was born and raised at Columbia University. He joins OSS for WW2, and goes on to be a key faculty at Columbia University. He becomes headmaster of Dalton, one of the most high powered schools in USA, which is in Manhattan.
There Barr hired Epstein to teach circa 1973 at Dalton School.
Epstein is a college dropout, of course he shouldn't be teaching math/phy, but of course he is because Dalton is not a normal school, not all the time. They must be raising spy kids there, in addition to doing a lot of psych research.
Simon Pelham Barr, grandfather of Bill, father of Donald, was born in London. He was also a very high achieving Columbia graduate who lived a block away from Columbia. Connected to JOHN JACOB ASTOR, SPB was the first director at the library Binding Institute, Astor's building in Manhattan.
