Honolulu City Councilwoman Tulsi Gabbard was honored over the weekend by the United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) as one of its 2012 Ten Outstanding Young Americans.
Gabbard, in her first term on the Council, is running in the Democratic primary for Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District.
