Someone posted the video again last night. He mentions "rituals and chants" in it and I definitely never heard him say that the other 15 times I watched it. So weird.
They were playing Joe Biden's comments on COAL on the radio this morning - a clip from 2012 where he says "we need more beautiful coal and fast"
And last night how he said he would eliminate it's use all together.
