Specifically, the title changed from "…address the problem in America" to "…address the problem in Venezuela." I remember there was significance to Trump editing his tweets. An EO is far more significant. Coincidence? Clue?

How could the purchase of Venezuela's state crypto be benefitting the deep state? Something worth digging.
