Okay, so…
For those who don't know.
Project Looking Glass is a time travel device.
I know.
I know I know I know I know I know.
But THIS is why I took Bob Lazar's claims seriously. Because he KNEW that if you can control gravity waves, you can control time.
The idea behind the "Looking Glass" is that basically, the government figured out how to create a device which they could use to view certain places in TIME itself, and basically watch it on a screen.
I know.
The game Prey attempts to touch on this, albeit with it just being a glorified video playback system, and an homage to Looking Glass Studios, a gamedev from the early-to-mid-90s.
