I noticed the President remark on curing pediatric cancer and ending the AIDs epidemic. I believe that both of these issues were initiated, in large measure, through contaminated vaccines.
A scientist by the name of Theresa Deischer of Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute is an expert on human stem cells. She is independently examining the implications of human DNA that residually (but significantly) contaminates vaccines grown on human cells. She has appeared on Del Bigtree's show called "The HighWire" which is available on YouTube where she explained how vaccines containing human DNA could initiate blood cancers. HIV, as I understand it, likely came from monkeys. However, the "bush meat" hypothesis of how the virus came to infect humans does not appear plausible. Did a vaccine used in Africa which was grown on monkey cells initiate the AIDs epidemic? (Not sure, its a question I have)
Anyway, I think the President, when he speaks of curing both pediatric cancer and AIDS could be indicating that the true causes are already known and will be addressed.
