I think the only real solution is for the bakers to keep stepping up as they have; I try not to bake (because I don't often have the time to curate more than a bread or two at a shot due to time constraints), but when I see gaps in coverage, I step in and bake.
Other committed anons should consider being ready to standby bake, even if they do not bake on the reg.
