Dutch burqa ban comes into effect.

Today, the Netherlands joined other sensible European nations in the implementation of a law which bans the wearing of burqas – an archaic, anti-women, anti-western symbol of oppression and domination – in most public spaces.

Under the new law – an idea which was first proposed by national populist politician Geert Wilders – clothing that covers the face, including the burqa, niqab, and also ski masks, will be banned on public transport and public buildings like schools and hospitals. Wearing these items on the street, however, will still be permitted.

Anyone who’s caught breaking the law will be subject to a fine of €150 and could be denied access to public spaces.

France was the very first EU member state to ban the veil nearly ten years ago. Other countries like Denmark and Austria have since followed suit.

In May, Austria passed a law which prohibited the wearing of headscarves in primary schools.

The new law came as an addition to a 2017 law which banned full-face coverings in public spaces.

In 2018, the Swiss region of St. Gallen also voted to ban the burqa in public spaces. A two-thirds majority (67%) of the electorate voted in favor of the ban. St. Gallen was the second region in Switzerland to ban the burqa in public spaces.

The German state of Hesse has applied similar burqa restrictions for individuals working in the civil service sector.

DISGRACEFUL!!-Man beaten in the face in NYC for wearing Trump ‘MAGA’ hat.

New Jersey man was viciously beaten by a group of young men in Chinatown for wearing a Trump campaign “MAGA” cap, police said Thursday.

Jahangir Turan, 42, suffered a gruesome left eye injury when he was jumped by the group on Canal St. near Mercer St. about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Turn told police he had just purchased a “Make America Great Again” red baseball hat minutes earlier and was wearing it.

One of his attackers slugged him in the face. Turan told Fox News that they slammed him head first into metal scaffolding.

It happened so fast he couldn’t give cops a detailed descriptions of the group. There were no immediate arrests.
