After watching the Lavoy Finicum video in previous breads, i went to look at some more information regarding the whole Bundy ranch incident and where it stood now. The district judge in Las Vegas dismissed all charges against the 4 defendants and called the the Feds reckless for withholding evidence from the defense. This happened in November of 2017. I think after Tulsi Gabbard went after Kamala Harris for withholding evidence while AG of CA and Q’s drop of exculpatory evidence, the withholding evidence is going to become a recurring theme.
