No. There has been lots of guessing and occasionally they seem to get something right (broken clock). But really, Q never gives us enough information to predict the timing of anything because to do so would also give the enemy that information. We are not supposed to figure it out. There probably is no grand coding scheme to crack since the Plan's timing is apparently dynamic.
