Dear Q,
These agencies / dept's have been so corrupted for so long, there is so much blood on their hands, so much stain on their reputation that we will never be able to trust them again.
Even if you can get all of the swamp creatures out, even if you can b sure that only good ppl remain, the FBI, Clowns, and the "Just-Us" Dept are known for only serving the interests of the monied and evil cabal.
You should not be trying to save these institutions. We will never trust them again. Rather, bury them and reorganize true Constitutional agencies. Let these corrupt infamous dept's die.
