Those symbols are elder futhark rune stones turned into a bind-rune. Occult magik.
It looks like they've combined
ISA - ice
Raido - journey
Kenaz - Light / Torch / Beacon
To me this is clearly the bind rune for lucifer, the light-bringer.
Symbolism will be their downfall.
