So yeah it's a little weird that there's a parking space right next to the bathroom door (two actually).
Where the white car is at, the driver door is basically directly next to the bathroom door I think.
And another thing.
Almost every time I drove up/down Highway 1 in that area, I would see a Department of Homeland Security vehicle nearby the cement plant. A little white pickup truck. I don't know if that should be odd or not, but it was odd to me.
Also, Highway 1 is a very popular travel destination. Often times foreigners (Europeans and elsewhere), will fly to San Francisco and rent a car to drive down Highway 1 to Los Angeles or vice versa. Davenport is a quaint tiny coast town with 3 restaurants and a convenience store. There's a hiking trail (brief) along the coast, so it's a popular spot to stop.
There's another outdoor bathroom across Ocean street down in between the first two buildings along Highway 1. Most people seem to gravitate to Whale City Bakery for either snacks, drinks, or a meal. The other two restaurants are either more upscale or more Mexican. Whale city is the middle of the road.
