Some info on world pollution by area, note that the USA is not the problem. Pollution is a problem, but that needs to be addressed at the SOURCE of the problem.
Cap and Trade is a scam to line the pockets of dishonest Bureaucrats (just my opinion).
Definition of cap-and-trade
: relating to or being a system that caps the amount of carbon emissions a given company may produce but allows it to buy rights to produce additional emissions from a company that does not use the equivalent amount of its own allowance.
This is a Government run regulation (what could go wrong?)
