I have zero faith that the oses honor permissions either, nevermind being "disabled".
My own testing on this has shown that literally, all the "disable" switch does is hide the interface from the user; if it came on the rom, it runs no matter what, whether the user even lauinches it, uses it, or even configures it or not.
The democrats can do and say as they want; it doesn't change the outcome.
As a matter of fact, the dems know they cannot just "lay back and wait" because once coates is dealt with and declas happens, they are quite proper fucked.
