Open questions to anons should they wish to help.

How can this anon fool the Twatter algorithm to create an account that supports Trump or Q without it almost immediately being shut down after following anyone even remotely connected to Trump or supporters? I see so many anons posting lots of such helpful content on there but without being able to get more than half a day into creating the account, it's hard join the conversation.

Anyone else having similar issues or able to share some tips to get around the algorithms?
