I know the tech's there. They use it on cruise ships.

Wondering why it isn't developed further. Seems like a great idea, considering they're fear-porning about muh-raising-ocean-water-levels.

Also, we're spending a shit-ton of money trying to go to Mars, which has barely any water, on top of the very weak magnetic field that would ultimately subject any inhabitant to high-energy radiation.

I think someone needs to get their priorities in check. Or at least be a little more transparent with the public when wasting our money on ridiculous bull shit instead of fixing very real-life problems we face. Our fresh-water supplies are being raped by foreign and domestic corporations. Meanwhile, whatever is left of that fresh water continues to become more toxic by the day...

And still "no cure" for cancer, supposedly. But be impressed because we can make square-shaped fruits and hybrid hu-minals that are too monstrous to even let live. So, just kill it and on to the next useless "experiment"...

I know it wasn't American scientists that were conducting this specific experiment. But I've seen enough stupid shit here to make me question how we ever made it this "far". Our guys are testing sewer piss to plot onto graphs to show the recent influx of marijuana use after it was decriminalized. Like fucking duh...

They've been editing the maps that are shown by the press to omit the blue sections almost entirely. The data actually shows that the Earth has been cooling overall, not the other way around…

>Congrats! We need professionals like you!

You missed the point of the conversation.

This isn't a comparison between Mars and Earth.

Was bringing up points about how much money is wasted on stupid shit by scientists, while ignoring very serious real-world problems. Like us poisoning what's left of our fresh water supply, at the same time were expressing our "concern" (translation: send moar money) about raising sea levels, due to polar ice caps melting. Ice caps that store the bulk of the fresh water on Earth. That is, until they melt into the oceans, making it that much more difficult to utilize for human consumption…

Makes you wonder why the elite were posting up on Antarctica while they continued to poison the freshwater sources on land, etc.

And you'd be surprised how little we know about our home planet. When you see how many "scientists" are hopelessly scrambling around the globe wasting precious time and money trying to figure out the "polar-flip", rather than taking a semester to learn how that "anomaly" might have actually happened in the first place.
