I know the tech's there. They use it on cruise ships.
Wondering why it isn't developed further. Seems like a great idea, considering they're fear-porning about muh-raising-ocean-water-levels.
Also, we're spending a shit-ton of money trying to go to Mars, which has barely any water, on top of the very weak magnetic field that would ultimately subject any inhabitant to high-energy radiation.
I think someone needs to get their priorities in check. Or at least be a little more transparent with the public when wasting our money on ridiculous bull shit instead of fixing very real-life problems we face. Our fresh-water supplies are being raped by foreign and domestic corporations. Meanwhile, whatever is left of that fresh water continues to become more toxic by the day...
And still "no cure" for cancer, supposedly. But be impressed because we can make square-shaped fruits and hybrid hu-minals that are too monstrous to even let live. So, just kill it and on to the next useless "experiment"...
I know it wasn't American scientists that were conducting this specific experiment. But I've seen enough stupid shit here to make me question how we ever made it this "far". Our guys are testing sewer piss to plot onto graphs to show the recent influx of marijuana use after it was decriminalized. Like fucking duh...
