Since the four dimensional torus/hologram is being simultaneously generated by matter in all the various phases of "time", it reflects the development of the universe in the past, present, and future. It becomes possible to see how human consciousness brought to a sufficiently altered(focused) state could obtain information concerning the past, present, and future since they all exist in the universal hologram simultaneously.
