Okay I already detest that agent's handwriting.

For future reference, if agents are required to HAND WRITE documents, let's include penmanship in Academy class requirements, just for the purpose of historic document preservation, eh?

Put it back in schools, while we're at it.

Any conjecture on the possible reason for the Wikipedia entry for "Trivium" to be included in this vault drop on pages 8 and 9?

There are only 31 pages total.

Curiouser and curiouser

There was some discussion about the basis for the current education system here not long ago– am not in that field, but recall something about the Prussian system– is it reasonable to guess that the Prussian system is the opposite of the Trivium system? I did follow up on the Prussian system, and learned it was designed to separate students– dumbing down "public" school students so they'd be good industrial age employees.

The rest of the vault drop, best I can decipher the agent's chicken scratch handwriting, is notes regarding Cheryl Mills, Datto, and hard drive backups and duplication.

Going to look over it properly with coffee tomorrow.

Hmmm.

Excerpt:

"Prussia established a three-tiered educational system that was considered “scientific” in nature. Work began in 1807 and the system was in place by 1819. An important part of the Prussian system was that it defined for the child what was to be learned, what was to be thought about, how long to think about it and when a child was to think of something else. Basically, it was a system of thought control, and it established a penchant in the psyche of the German elite that would later manifest itself into what we now refer to as mind control.

The educational system was divided into three groups. The elite of Prussian society were seen as comprising .5% of the society. Approximately 5.5% of the remaining children were sent to what was called realschulen, where they were partially taught to think. The remaining 94% went to volkschulen, where they were to learn “harmony, obdience, freedom from stressful thinking and how to follow orders.” An important part of this new system was to break the link between reading and the young child, because a child who reads too well becomes knowledgable and independent from the system of instruction and is capable of finding out anything. In order to have an efficient policy-making class and a sub-class beneath it, you’ve got to remove the power of most people to make anything out of available information."

Not even surprised to learn the Germans were behind this.

We need to dump this terrible mistake.

The only way we make it up to everyone who was ruined by it is to make sure no other child will be.
