Stumbled upon this a few years ago;

Owner/founder of a popular Hotel/Bar in Paris 'Hôtel Costes' is some pretty messed up dude (Jean-Louis Costes). Calls himself a shock artist, but he really is one sick dude.

The most sickening thing is that he has an audience for this kind of filth…
