One lie the Liberal Lunatics have managed to sell very successfully is that we are not born with inherent talents. I'm shocked by the debates I've had with colleagues who seem to think that talent doesn't exist and that anyone can be just as good as anyone else with more practice.

I'm not saying someone can't become better at something with practice, or that a truly determined individual can't surprise the world and prove everyone wrong. But it's also so obvious to me that some people are just incredibly gifted at something, naturally, through God-given talent, and given equal opportunity and diligence, they'll always be better at it than someone who wasn't born with that talent. I think it's cool to witness how unique every individual's natural talent is.
