If you are female, youve already established pecking order and they view you as competition. Very difficult to reestablish it without asserting dominance. Your non confrontational approach by doing a 1o1 isnt helping. Understand the 5 modes of conflict resolution. Collaboration not possible because they dont want you to win. Assert dominance when they will be viewed poorly by peers, avoid confrontation when you will be viewed negatively by peers until you have exerted enough dominance to move forward. Alternatively, you can give up and take a more submissive role, take them out for a drink after work to build raport so that they feel guilty for demoralizing you at work and then they will feel like they need to take on a more motherly role to protect you. Wont work if they secretly dont like you.
