I agree that, 'why is the Wikipedia entry for Trivium in the file?' is a good starting point.

At a certain point, we just gotta use the info in front of us. Logically, we have a declassed file of shittily written notes taken by agents of the FBI questioning (apparently) IT techs, one single email from Cheryl Mills to her IT contractor (asking about if they knew/had any backups previous to when they were contracted, early 2013), a Wikipedia article with no explanation in the middle, and that it's all ostensibly toward the end of criminally probing Hillary Clinton.
