It's the Trump admin's own fault if they pull it off. Action should have been taken against them from day one.
Note that none of the proposed solutions have FUCK ALL to do with insisting Congress take action to uphold our Constitutional rights. Of if you want to approach it from the angle of them being private business that has a right to their own policies, they at least need to operate transparently and treat all members the same, so SEC or OCR should be taking action. Either way, we should not have to find a way to circumvent discrimination.
