I think it was about 2 months ago Antifa Red Army was making posts out of Dallas about the Red Army heading to Austin area. I think they have moved now.

As far as training, it could be any number of types that are training them, Anarchist Cookbook, ex-mil that are like-minded with them, or even Soros getting people in with funds and equipment from the border.
