the waves of pixilation in these pictures

is reminescent of the old photos/film of silver

that must be developed in a photo lab

that kind of film is sensitive to heat

and will tend to bleed somewhat in the photo

not sure about VHS tapes doing this

but

nowadays digital cameras are used

and can be recorded and saved easily

and transmitted to an office or anywhere on the web

strange to me

I've seen those waves on very old photos

that haven't been saved and protected properly
