White hats know sleeper cells are activated on hyped dates. Remember Joe diGenova's saying we'd get #DECLAS on Wednesday? They wasted their 'solar storm' prediction for that date, El Paso was already in motion - and now BOTH are spent. Maybe the #DECLAS let-down was by design.
