ASSAULT on a private citizen among several other charges

resulted in physical injury

And so

the auditor went back to see if anything had changed

and this time – went "open carry" which is legal

The audit determines how well an official officer is trained

and especially how well that officer knows the Constitutional rights

and what that officer does when he/she THINKS something is unlawful

Note: this is an experienced auditor who knows Texas law well.

I forgot to mention that auditors often have several cameras rolling

and are usually LIVESTREAMING

with a lawyer sometimes watching the livestream

but at least a group of other auditors are watching in case the auditor needs back up
