I disagree. The ingredients in the chemtrails don't transform or disappear…no one knows where the action of the other end of the device takes place. You may think you have clear skies above but have just pushed the DOR to someone else

This is why I posted Trevor's warning, because of the incompleteness of the general understanding. I will do my best to try and retrieve a copy of his 2003 interviews with Jeff Rense, but it's pretty well been gone for years. All I can say is he was the dude working with that tech and they flooded out a bunch of areas 100's of miles away from where they had the CB . The found they could control where it went up, but not where in the earth stream it went after that. They stopped the experiments after that. Until you can explain and document the other end of your stream….I'll pass.
