I've been to B-More more than a few times. It's not a place you want to spend time at.
I've been to headshops on "the strip" 3 times, once during some kind of festival where walking traffic had access to food carts and port-a-potties etc
One time I went downtown for a Lil Wayne concert and just driving into town (from the highway) straight towards the parking lot, we saw 3 fist fights. There were people everywhere (hundreds/maybe thousands) walking towards/around the arena.
Baltimore has never been a place I want my car/rental car parked longer than 3 hours.
There's no stopping the FFs.
