He is passing the entry. It looks like the camera that captured his silhouette in the door is aimed toward this 1st parking corridor. That's his finger over the top left lens.
#3 Notice the truck at the far end of the parking lot. It may be a police truck or a sweeper. The building behind it confirms this is the correct Walmart.
#4 Note the silver P/U truck to his left and the person down next to it. Further along there on his front right there are at least 3-4 down along the building, so he ran up after the shooter(s) went inside. There is no gunfire during this recording. This lady runs past the first body without checking and veers away from the camera.
The rest of the video the guy pans around the people down on the sidewalk. This is supposed to have happened around 11 am so the shadow of the building is right. Just enough angle to take the best pictures from a satellite, too.
The leos seem to always wipe the perp's web artifacts but allow operators to post fake and altered artifacts. If you didn't get 911, get this. They won't last much longer than us. They aren't reliable.
Cui bono? Obviously not President Trump. It is obvious this is a twofer - disarm America and crush Trump's base. They are not offering anything, not even to leave us alone.
