My take? I think the moment the countdown to DECLAS happened a lot of things got triggered, a lot of emergency plans. The final bit of fireworks the cabbal has aside from perhaps a last resort as Q calls it (EMP?)

One thing I notice is this disinfo account called Majic 12 - his symbolism logo is a single man turning the DIA upside down - so since he is disinfo against Q (obviously claims the opposite) then I think he would know who Q works for as it's DIA? Just a thought -
