WHOA! This was wild.

April Ryan’s bodyguard assaulted a local reporter in New Brunswick on Saturday night.

Charlie Kratovil, a local reporter with New Brunswick Today was filming her speech when April Ryan paused and sent her bodyguard over to deal with him.

I was just assaulted by @AprilDRyan's security guard for videotaping her remarks in New Brunswick – I guess some journalists don't support freedom of the press. pic.twitter.com/r1EdKe5Bjg

The bodyguard, later identified as Joel Morris, took the reporter’s camera and then twisted his arm and tossed him from the building.

Teachers Banned From Carrying Guns in New York Schools

The lovely state of New York recently banned teachers from carrying guns.

In an interesting yet unsurprising turn of events, Governor Cuomo and his party decided that people entrusted with the education and upbringing of children should also not be allowed to defend them if a dude comes in with an AR.

Teachers Banned From Carrying Guns in New York Schools

Stripping decent people of guns isn’t going to stop mass shootings in schools.

It’s only going to exacerbate the issue when troubled, mentally insane kids that want to shoot up schools realize there is no one there to stop them. Armed guards, perhaps? Trained teachers? Nah, leaving them defenseless is fine.

We reported yesterday that text messages from Peter Strzok to Lisa Page show that the Mueller Special Counsel in its first month was already working on an obstruction trap for President Trump to step in.

A further analysis indicates that the entire obstruction trap started with Comey’s notes that were likely doctored by Comey for use by the Mueller gang!

Representative Devin Nunes in an interview on FOX News said the following:

Only One Country In The World Has A Higher Homicide Rate Than The City Of Baltimore

Only one country in the world has a higher per capita homicide rate than the city of Baltimore.

According to WorldAtlas, the murder capital of the globe is Honduras — where there are 90.4 homicides per 100,000 people.

Baltimore, with 56 homicides per 100,000 people, edges out the number two spot ahead of Venezuela, where there are 53.7 homicides per 100,000 people. Venezuela’s capital city of Caracas is widely known as one of the world’s most dangerous cities with 122 homicides per 100,000 people.

ThinkProgress’ Zack Ford called the statistics into question, suggesting that President Donald Trump was mistaken when he claimed during a Thursday rally in Cincinnati that Baltimore had a higher homicide rate than Afghanistan.

‘Tech capitalism at its finest’: JPMorgan picks AI over humans to write ads

JPMorgan Chase, the largest U.S. bank, says New York-based Persado’s “artificial intelligence message machine” wrote ads that generated two to five times the response it got from traditional human copywriters.

So, it has rewarded Persado with a five-year deal “to generate the highest-performing marketing creative” content using artificial intelligence, or AI.

According to the bank, an AI-generated, pilot Chase promotion titled “LIMITED TIME OFFER: We’ll reward you with $5 Cash Back when you go paperless” generated nearly double the “unique clicks” compared with JPMorgan Chase copywriters’ original “Go paperless and earn $5 Cash Back.”

A Persado promotion that claimed “It’s true — You can unlock cash from the equity in your home” with a quick “Click To Apply” button attracted 47 applications a week; humans’ “Access cash from the equity in your home” with a “Take a look” button raised just 25 a week.

And the AI system’s “REGARDING YOUR CARD: 5% Cash Back Is Waiting For You” generated nearly five times the “unique clicks” of human-made “HURRY, IT ENDS DECEMBER 31 Earn 5% Cash Back At Department Stores, Wholesale Clubs,” etc.

Well I finally found you out

All through your mess of dreams

You won't make it to the night

And your standing in my light

You know you've been bad for me

You ain't got the weight to hate

But you ain't no pretty sight

And your standing in my light
