Ohio- yes that is weird. Usually when they don't give name or any details, it's a non-white that did the crime. Could be African, Arab or Oriental person (last is unlikely) or bc it may be related to MS13.
So they blow their load - but as details come in (inconvenient), they go back to talking about El Paso.
