"Mass shooting" is the term used to demonize White People and take their guns.
Crisis actors are used to inflate the number of people hurt and killed even more (shock and awe), and to provide witnesses that will stay "on message."
If they don't play their card rights, the crisis actors are eventually 187'd and their family members too.
Hammer hasn't really dropped yet.
These false flags could even be attempt to goad White Hats into acting prematurely.
