Human Domain Solutions and Foreign Language Service Simulation are both in the USAspending.gov database. HDS to the tune of ~$7M and FLSS at a much less hefty rate. The first HDS contract ($800,000) notes that it is for psychiatric services; start date 2019 - end date 2020. I'm sure it's nothing, but Foreign Language Service Simulation trains first responders and LEOs.
