I verified it, native speaker here. She was approaching the register walking past women’s, saw 3-4 men wearing shorts run in & shooting. Dropped to ground, her daughter picked her up and they ran out thru e-exit, then she saw the men running back towards their direction.
Another commenter claimed this woman said the 3-4 male shooters moved in formation.
