I make my own everything! Had to re-engineer my life. Anything I use on my body or in my body, I make myself. It's hard work, but if I don't I will be sick. Lately I started trying processed food that was labeled non-gmo and organic, but it still made me sick. Reason is because it is NOT 100% organic/non-gmo. They have bastardized those terms.
Even tomato paste they had to mess with. For thousands of years we have made tomato paste from only tomatoes, now it has citric acid (gmo corn based) in it. Why? Never needed it before! That was the last canned tomato product I could use, now that's gone too. This year we are gowing our own tomatoes (last year didn't work out so great), hopefull will be canning my own tomato sauce.
