HJC carries no weight, regardless of what they find. They have to send it back to the DOJ for actual charges to be filed. Correct me if Im wrong, but if the DOJ already has the files/info, why aren't they filing said charges themselves? While I love that the HJC wants to look into these events, it kinda seems like a waste of time.
