I've seen this video already and believe it to be unrelated to the incident. When i first saw it i was like WTF, but the guy who was shot was seen laying on the bridge until long after it had started to get dark.
I think the guy in this video is just a homeless guy/rough sleeper on the same area of the bridge. The area where it happened is so overlooked by offices and other buildings, that if it was a false flag then i'm pretty sure they would have at least carried him to an ambulance etc rather than letting him be seen getting up.

As for the video, you could well be right! I certainly wouldn't doubt for one minute that it was a false flag, and your point about the lack of foot and vehicle tratffic is a good one. However the manner in which he jumps awake seems very strange to me. It seems much more like the reaction you would get from someone who was unconcious, or had taken drugs etc. The other thing that puzzles me is that if the film was genuine, then why would you suddenly stop filming like that at such a critical point?
To me the footage is grainy enough that it's hard to make out what he's wearing. To me it looks like this guy has dark coloured shoes on rather then the brown in the other pics, but again it's hard to tell.
Also ,despite him still laying there, whoever took the attached pic was able to get close enough to do so with the cordon still being in place.
Like i said, maybe you're right and this is genuine footage, but I guess i'm just wary of being gaslighted into claiming something is genuine that later turns out to be fake. That would be an ideal way to make us all look crazy and to cast doubt onto more provable false flags like 7/7 and manchester.
