Can anyone help?

I get this message when I try to reach General Research.

I can reach Australia (haven't tried any others yet).

My phone has been showing this error for months now and I didn't worry about it but just now my iPad came up the same message and on checking my computer, it is also doing it.

Does anyone know what it means?

I've been using DNS 1.1.1.1 per Q's advice and I have installed a VPN but haven't been using it because it stuffed up my emails. I've just turned it back on and it doesn't make any difference.

Any insight greatly appreciated.
