I watched a u tub video a couple years ago about buying into what I thought was a scam. Anyway you'd be buying some sort of "free energy" device/plans. After looking at the stuff I didn't know what I was looking at I thought, WTF if its some sort of setup or something the feds could call "sensitive" maybe it would be considered as bypassing sanctions because the guy was from Iran. Anyway you never know all the details of stories like this
