Not the ISP per se…the domain name (8kun.top) has been yanked by clowns, so when you type it in your browser, the ISP doesn't know how to translate and contact the site servers anymore. But if you change the hosts file, you're telling your system to translate the 8kun domain name to its IP address instead to force the ISP to contact the 8kun servers directly. Instructions are in Bread #9406. IP address is 62.113.113.103.

I listened to this interview months ago now, before Epstein was even arrested, but Comey said something interdasting about mob hits. An informant in Sicily told him that mobsters like to strangle their victims because it's difficult. Shooting is the coward's way out because it's effortless and lazy. Anyway, the guy told him you need five people to do it, one to hold each limb and the last to do the strangling.
