Probably a ways to go, but this is the best I've seen.
If Trump makes that a direct order, sparks will fly – and it is likely that Sec. Spencer will be retiring earlier than planned if he chooses to be insubordinate – possibly as an E1. His call. But not a career enhancer if Trump is not impeached by the Senate.
