Christ, this gal cannot read on camera.
Linda S. Taglialatela, a career member of the Senior Executive Service, as Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean on December 9, 2015. Since 2002, Ms. Taglialatela served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of Human Resources overseeing the Department of State’s Civil Service human resources management program, including policy and program development, implementation, accountability, and legal and regulatory compliance.
Taglialatela was born Linda Swartz to Anne and Leon E. Swartz, a veteran and I.B.M. employee.
Credentials questioned:
“What are her credentials to make her come here and want to advance the third border,” Sir Lester said. “The problem is, I bet she raised a lot of money for Obama’s campaign and she is raising money now for the present democratic person, Hillary Clinton. That is how they choose their ambassadors sometimes.”
Sir Lester suggested that Taglialatela is not the best person for the job of US Ambassador to Antigua & Barbuda.
“The Americans just insert themselves. I know you going to get vex with me, but they send some old lady down here saying she is the ambassador to Antigua. Come on, I don’t care what it is, let me tell you all something, the point is they (have) to send people here who are going to do something for these islands. I suspect she was in some thing back there and they give her an ambassadorship,” Sir Lester added.
