My theory is that RBG died awhile ago, and she has been replaced with both a body double and deep fake video technology. She wasn't killed, she just died…and the white hats took her body.
Her body is being kept on ice while the political climate plays out. When the time is right, the white hats will let the info out that RBG has died, and then POTUS and the SENATE will replace her.
Very very important play in the game.
