D's damned if they do and damned if they don't impeach.
1) Pelosi chooses to censure instead of do a formal vote to send it to Senate… Dem voters get violently pissed off and boycott the 2020 election.
2) Formally vote to move impeachment from House to Senate. Public gets to see a real serious trial that perfectly goes by the book… compared to the sham orchestrated by Shifty Schiff. Due process will be given great attention and care.
POTUS got'em in a check mate situation.
